SyncView is an audience synchronization platform, a communication tool, and a content delivery platform. It enables presenters to synchronize slide content across participant devices in real time using instruction-based updates, not video streaming. SyncView is not a surveillance platform, a monitoring platform, a data brokerage platform, or a social media platform.
All content uploaded to SyncView remains the property of the presenter or the respective copyright holder. SyncView receives no ownership rights over your presentations, slide content, or uploaded materials. You retain full ownership of all content you create and share through the platform.
By using SyncView, you agree that you are responsible for all content you upload and share. You must have the legal right to distribute any content you present. You agree not to upload content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties, or that violates applicable laws.
If you believe content on SyncView infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request. Include the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, identification of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We will review and act on valid requests promptly.
You agree not to use SyncView to distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content. You may not use the service to harass, monitor, or surveil individuals. SyncView reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
SyncView is a platform provider only. We do not create, endorse, or take responsibility for the content users upload and present. Content views and opinions expressed in presentations are those of the presenters and do not represent SyncView.

SyncView is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Presenters are solely responsible for their content and session management.
